Message	I had described what was happening and what I was doing at the time. His response to me about what kind of damage to expect came before we confirmed the problem and it was right on with what we found. Again, I'll post his response to me later when I get home. It made total sense. The man knows his stuff, not that I need to point that out to anyone.
